What is FairyHosting and where is the company based?

FairyHosting is an Estonian business hosting provider operated by RJ Network OÜ, founded in 2010. FairyHosting serves private and business customers across Europe with virtual servers, dedicated servers, colocation, and related services.

Is FairyHosting a reseller or does it operate its own hosting infrastructure?

FairyHosting operates its own hosting infrastructure and is not a reseller. FairyHosting owns its server and network hardware (HPE, Supermicro, Cisco). Most of our equipment is located in the Telia Tier III data center in Tallinn, with additional infrastructure in Germany and Sweden.

What services does FairyHosting provide?

FairyHosting provides virtual servers (VDS/VPS from €10.89/month), dedicated servers (from €59/month), colocation of servers and network equipment (from €69/month), network equipment rental, shared web hosting, Fairy Disk cloud storage, and SSL certificates. FairyHosting also offers managed project migration as a service.

In which countries does FairyHosting provide hosting and infrastructure services?

FairyHosting hosts its primary infrastructure in Estonia (Telia Tier III data center in Tallinn) and additionally offers VPS in Germany and Sweden. FairyHosting serves customers across Europe and provides support in English, Russian, and Estonian.

VPS / Virtual Servers

Where are FairyHosting VPS servers available?

FairyHosting VPS are available in Estonia, Germany, and Sweden. FairyHosting lets the customer choose the location at the ordering stage.

What virtualization technology does FairyHosting use for VPS?

FairyHosting uses KVM virtualization for all VPS/VDS servers, providing a fully isolated environment with the ability to install any operating system, including custom .ISO images uploaded by the customer.

What types of VPS configurations does FairyHosting offer?

FairyHosting offers KVM VPS configurations from 1 vCPU / 4 GB RAM / 50 GB SSD (KS21-1, €10.89/month) up to 10 cores at 4.2+ GHz / 32 GB DDR5 / 600 GB NVMe GEN5 (KS25-5). Separate AMD-based lines with DDR5 memory and NVMe GEN5 storage are represented by the KS25-3, KS25-4 and KS25-5 plans.

What storage technologies are used for FairyHosting VPS?

FairyHosting entry-level plans KS21-1 and KS21-2 use SSD storage by default, with an optional NVMe upgrade available at ordering. The KS25 line - KS25-3, KS25-4 and KS25-5 - uses NVMe GEN5 storage by default.

What network connectivity and traffic policy are included with VPS?

FairyHosting VPS include a 1 Gbit/s network port. Traffic is unmetered and there is no fixed monthly traffic quota. Fair usage applies: if monthly traffic exceeds 5,000 GB, we reserve the right to reduce the connection speed to 10 Mbit/s.

Do FairyHosting VPS plans include IPv4 and IPv6?

FairyHosting VPS plans include 1× IPv4 address and IPv6 connectivity as standard. Additional IPv4 addresses can be added at ordering or later on request, up to a maximum of 3 IPv4 addresses per VPS.

What operating systems can be used on FairyHosting VPS?

FairyHosting VPS support CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu, AlmaLinux and Windows Server out of the box. Customers can also upload their own .ISO images to install any other operating system.

What can FairyHosting VPS servers be used for?

FairyHosting VPS are used for websites (WordPress, Magento, custom stacks), 1C accounting, remote Windows desktops, mail servers (Zimbra), IP telephony (Asterisk), Docker workloads, and MikroTik CHR routers.

Dedicated Servers

Where are FairyHosting dedicated servers located?

FairyHosting dedicated servers are located in the Telia data center in Tallinn, Estonia - a Tier III facility certified to ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001 and 50001, with 99.982% guaranteed and 100% actual uptime since launch.

What hardware configurations are available for FairyHosting dedicated servers?

FairyHosting dedicated servers range from Intel Xeon E3 4× 3.0 GHz / 8 GB DDR4 ECC / 480 GB SSD at €59/month to dual AMD EPYC 9124 (32C/64T) / 256 GB DDR5 ECC / 2× 1.92 TB NVMe with hardware RAID at €549/month. Configurations include Intel Xeon E3, E-2100, Silver and Gold series, plus AMD Ryzen 9 and EPYC 7000/9000 series.

Does FairyHosting offer both Intel and AMD dedicated servers?

Yes. FairyHosting offers both Intel (Xeon E3, E-2136, Silver 4309Y, dual Silver 4210R, dual Gold 6144/6326) and AMD (Ryzen 9 7950X3D/9950X3D, EPYC 7302P/7402P, dual EPYC 9124) dedicated server configurations, with monthly prices from €59 to €549.

What storage options are available for dedicated servers?

FairyHosting dedicated servers use SSD or NVMe drives, in single-drive or multi-drive RAID configurations. Common options include 480 GB or 1 TB SSD, 1 TB or 2 TB NVMe, and 2× 1.92 TB NVMe with HPE MR408i-o hardware RAID on the top-tier plan. Custom storage configurations are also available on request.

Can FairyHosting build a custom dedicated server configuration?

Yes. FairyHosting builds custom dedicated server configurations on request, including specific CPU, RAM, storage and RAID choices, additional Microsoft licenses, and preferred control panels (Plesk, ISPmanager, DirectAdmin). What network connectivity is available for dedicated servers?

FairyHosting dedicated servers include Business Connect at 1 Gbps as standard. All higher-throughput and unmetered options are provided via Unmetered Dedicated at €100 per 1 Gbps channel (from 1 Gbps up to 20 Gbps) - suited to streaming, CDN, game servers, SaaS, file hosting and VPN services.

Is remote management such as IPMI/KVM included with dedicated servers?

Yes. Every FairyHosting dedicated server plan includes 24/7 IPMI KVM access as standard, allowing remote power management and full console access at BIOS level.

What happens if dedicated server hardware fails?

If dedicated server hardware fails, FairyHosting guarantees the availability of a similar cold-standby backup server as standard in every plan. Every server is also tested before being rented to reduce failure risk.

Can dedicated servers use custom IP or network configurations?

Yes. FairyHosting supports custom IP and network configurations on dedicated servers, including additional IPv4 addresses, dedicated IPv6 prefixes, multiple network ports, and Unmetered Dedicated channels of 1-20 Gbps.

Does FairyHosting provide server colocation in Estonia?

Yes. FairyHosting provides server colocation in Estonia.

Where is FairyHosting colocation located?

FairyHosting colocation is located in the Telia data center in Tallinn, Estonia. The facility is Tier III certified and holds ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001 and 50001 certifications, plus ISKE H and PCI-DSS compliance.

What colocation sizes are available?

FairyHosting offers two standard colocation sizes: 1U (FC-EE-UNIT) from €69/month with 1A power, and 22U half-rack (FC-EE-HR) from €649/month with 5A power. Larger deployments including full racks are available on request.

What power and network connectivity are available with colocation?

FairyHosting colocation includes 1A of power and a 1 Gbit/s port with guaranteed 1 Gbit/s throughput on the 1U plan, and 5A of power with the same guaranteed 1 Gbit/s port on the 22U half-rack. Higher power draws and 10 Gbps uplinks are available on request.

Are IPv4 and IPv6 available for colocated equipment?

Yes. FairyHosting colocation includes 1— IPv4 and a /64 IPv6 block on the 1U plan, and 10× IPv4 plus a /64 IPv6 block on the 22U half-rack plan. Additional IPv4 addresses are available on request.

Can IPMI, iLO or iDRAC be connected separately?

Yes. Every FairyHosting colocation plan includes a dedicated additional network port for IPMI, iLO or iDRAC management interfaces as standard, separate from the primary uplink.

Can FairyHosting provide a custom colocation configuration for larger deployments?

Network Equipment & Infrastructure

Does FairyHosting rent routers and network equipment?

Yes. FairyHosting rents network devices with prices starting from €39/month, including standard models like MikroTik RB3011UIAS-RM, Cisco 891-K9, and UniFi Dream Machine Pro.

What brands of network equipment are available for rent?

FairyHosting offers rental of Cisco, MikroTik, Zyxel, and Ubiquiti network equipment. Almost any model from these vendors can be provided on individual request.

Do FairyHosting rental routers support VPN and IPSec?

Yes. All standard FairyHosting rental routers - including MikroTik RB3011UIAS-RM, Cisco 891-K9, and UniFi Dream Machine Pro - support both VPN and IPSec, enabling encrypted tunnels between offices, branches or infrastructure segments.

Can FairyHosting provide custom network equipment configurations?

Yes. FairyHosting builds custom network equipment configurations - including specific Cisco, MikroTik, Zyxel or Ubiquiti models with 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps uplinks - on individual request via the ticket system in the client area at my.fairyhosting.com, the /contact form, or the Telegram bot @FairyHostingbot.

Can FairyHosting combine servers, colocation and network equipment into one infrastructure solution?

Yes. FairyHosting combines dedicated servers, colocation and rental network equipment (Cisco, MikroTik, Zyxel, Ubiquiti) into a single integrated infrastructure solution - useful for corporate networks that need private links, encrypted VPN tunnels and dedicated compute in one place.

Web Hosting

Does FairyHosting provide shared web hosting and what is included?

Yes. FairyHosting provides shared web hosting on NVMe drives with a Plesk control panel. The Fairy Start plan (€59/year) offers 100 GB NVMe, up to 10 sites, shared IP and 4 vCPU / 4 GB vRAM; Fairy Standard (€99/year) offers 200 GB NVMe, up to 20 sites, dedicated IP and 8 vCPU / 8 GB vRAM. Both plans include Let's Encrypt SSL, WordPress Toolkit, Git integration, unlimited MySQL databases and unlimited mailboxes.

Can I host a WordPress website with FairyHosting?

Yes. FairyHosting shared hosting includes WordPress Toolkit for centralized installation, updates and management of multiple WordPress sites. Free Let's Encrypt SSL, NVMe storage and unlimited MySQL databases are included on all shared plans.

Can I move my existing website or WordPress site to FairyHosting?

Yes. FairyHosting offers free website transfer for new customers, including WordPress migrations, with no additional fees. The transfer is handled by FairyHosting specialists as part of onboarding.

Can customers request non-standard or custom configurations?

Yes. FairyHosting builds non-standard configurations for VPS, dedicated servers, colocation and network equipment on request. What payment methods does FairyHosting accept?

FairyHosting accepts PayPal, PaySera, Stripe, bank transfer, and Coingate (crypto).

Are FairyHosting prices shown with or without VAT?

FairyHosting prices on fairyhosting.com are shown without VAT. VAT is applied based on the customer's country and status: EU B2B customers with a valid VAT number are billed under reverse charge (no VAT), EU private customers are billed at the VAT rate of their own country (via the EU One Stop Shop scheme), and customers outside the EU are billed without VAT.
